Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate project agreements or proposals issued to each client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, code snippets, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Rategle Technologies and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce or copy any content without our express written permission
• Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any proprietary software we deliver
• Claim ownership over deliverables before full payment is received

Upon full payment for a project, Rategle Technologies transfers ownership of the custom-built deliverables to the client, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement.

All projects are governed by payment terms defined in individual project proposals. Generally:

• Deposit: A percentage upfront is required before project commencement
• Milestones: Payments may be structured around project milestones
• Final payment: Remaining balance is due prior to final delivery or deployment
• Late payments: May result in project pausing or late fees as specified in the agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rategle Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our website or services
• Errors, interruptions, or data loss
• Third-party service failures
• Unauthorised access to your data

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Rategle Technologies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
